Employing skilled and dedicated management and staff

To achieve this, we prioritise recruiting and retaining skilled and dedicated staff who are passionate about delivering high-quality support.

Our practices are meticulously aligned with all relevant regulatory requirements, ensuring we consistently meet the highest standards.

We make essential information readily
accessible to both prospective and current young people and their families, ensuring
transparency and informed decision-making.

We adapt our services to meet the evolving needs of the young people we support, ensuring a personalised approach that addresses changing circumstances

We maintain consistent care by assigning specific carers to each young person, fostering trust and stability in the support they receive.

We encourage young people to take an active role in their own care, empowering them to avoid dependence and build independence in a supportive environment.

By actively engaging young people and their representatives for feedback, we remain committed to improving our services in response to their needs and insights.

Our system enables ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and improvement, ensuring we maintain and elevate the quality of our care practices.

At Lumi Support, our dedication to the young people we support doesn’t stop at scheduled hours. We understand that life doesn’t follow a strict timetable, and our staff is always ready to step up and provide help whenever it’s needed—whether it’s late at night, early in the morning, or during their time off.

This level of commitment ensures that young people always feel supported, safe, and heard. By going the extra mile, we demonstrate our genuine care and dedication, further strengthening the trust and relationships that are central to our ethos.

Staff commitment

Although staff members work shifts from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and then from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following day, our team consistently goes above and beyond. This unwavering commitment ensures that young people never feel alone or without help, no matter the time of day.
