We understand that life doesn’t follow a strict timetable, and our staff is always ready to step up and provide help whenever it’s needed—whether it’s late at night, early in the morning, or during their time off.
This level of commitment ensures that young people always feel supported, safe, and heard. By going the extra mile, we demonstrate our genuine care and dedication, further strengthening the trust and relationships that are central to our ethos.
Staff commitment
Although staff members work shifts from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and then from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following day, our team consistently goes above and beyond. Whether a young person needs guidance, reassurance, or practical help outside of scheduled hours, our staff is always available to provide support. This unwavering commitment ensures that young people never feel alone or without help, no matter the time of day.
